  We ordered all of our wedding bands from Zales outlet and had had a great experience until today. We went to pick up my fiancées band and were told that their employee had given us an extra discount that he wasn’t supposed to, so even though we had ordered and paid for the ring already we were forced to pay more than the price we paid already or leave without the ring. This is absolutely terrible business practice and we will never buy anything from here again. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

  Clueless staff. Paid to have 4 high end watch batteries replaced. 1) Staff never called to tell us they were ready for pick up as promised. 2) All of the watches were handed over with incorrect time. 3) After commenting that I have no proof they did the work since all the watches have incorrect time 2 people in the store reset them without saying a word. 4) One watch stopped working within 2 weeks of picking it up. A second watch has now stopped working within 1 month of picking it up. I question how old the batteries they used are or if they are even replaced properly. I will NEVER return to this store.
