  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. SCAM. Seriously, please do not make the mistake I did. I ordered a wardrobe from VirVentures through Houzz, and it arrived completely damaged beyond use. I ordered it early to an apartment that I hadn't moved into yet, in an urban apartment building with a concierge and safe storage. I hired a professional to come install the wardrobe, and as he was opening the package, he kept showing us damaged pieces one by one, pointing out how the pieces were packaged incorrectly, making them vulnerable to damage. I emailed Houzz with pictures of the damage and proof of the date I was able to move in and open the package. The seller did not budge on the 5-day damage reporting policy. When I think of damage, I think about a scratch here and there, maybe one broken part, not a completely unusable product. Houzz was reaching out to the seller, with no timely response, and when I called, I found their voicemail full. This seller is a total fraud.
