  As always, the Gold Connection staff was friendly and helpful. Even though we just needed watch batteries, we were treated as valuable customers. They replaced 3 watch batteries while we waited and even added a little cleaning. We've made other purchases and had other repairs made there. Services were completed on time, correctly, and within the estimate given. We were promptly called when something was ready. Their prices seem a bit higher than "mall jewelry stores," but the quality and service are worth it. The service and staff are gold medal winners.

  Great selection and excellent service! The Gold Connection is fun to visit, all the women are knowlegable, welcoming and happy to help. I can buy a $30 gift or a gift for much more. I bring my jewlery for repairs and cleaning and I get my watch batteries replaced here. I have shopped here for over 7 years and I can say they truly are the best!
